Discrimination at the Courtrooms
Discrimination is everywhere in the world and no matter how many people try to stop the discrimination of certain races, it will never really go away. There are many white people who discriminate black people and Muslims or other races and this problem has been going on and on ever since this world began. Yes, even judges and lawyers discriminate people who go to court and who are trying to win their case. It is really unfair for there to be judges and lawyers who are racist because it will be really difficult for people to win cases just because they are of a certain race or just because they have a different color of skin. When you come to look at this world and the people living in this world, there is a lot of discrimination and you probably have discriminated someone before already because of certain things.
The thought that you are better than others always leads to you discriminating other people because no one is really better than anyone when it comes to human beings because we are all created equal. This is one sign that can tell you that that person is discriminating others who they do not really know that much. While some people are better than others in certain things such as knowledge or sports, everyone was created equal and if you train, you can actually learn these skills as well. Another way that you can detect discrimination and racism is by seeing if people think that they are a higher class than others. There are actually a lot of people who think this way and this is really bad because it is discriminating to the other people.
If you are someone who has a case and you will like to have a fair trial but the judge is racist and discriminates you, how are you going to have a fair trial? It can be really hard and you can not get the fair trial that you have wanted. One reason is that the person in court will not get a right and clean judging because the judge is against you. If you think that judges and the people at court are free from bias and discrimination or anything like racism, you are mistaken because these people can be racist to these people who go to trial and who try to win their cases. Discrimination and racism is everywhere even in places where you least think they will be such as in the courtroom. It will be very hard indeed and this is not fair as well because everyone deserves a fair trial.
